Remove-a-Landlord.com® is a division of Parkgate-Aspen, one of London’s leading block managers and specialists in LVT procedures. They were one of the first firms to set up RTM companies after this new legislation was introduced in September 2003. Based on the recommendations of satisfied residents’ associations, our joint services have been very much in demand ever since.

To process RTM enquiries separately from mainstream management operations, it was felt best to set up a separate division to handle this service under the guidance of PA’s managing director Sol Unsdorfer.
