How quickly?

The RTM claim notice must specify a date when it is proposed to take over the management. This is called the management ‘acquisition date’. It cannot be earlier than 4 months from the giving of the notice, including the one-month period allowed for the landlord to respond.

This means that, unless the claim is opposed and/or referred to the LVT, you can expect to have control of your block’s management within around 6 months of appointing us.
